I assisted a friend moving in there and was very impressed by the team. Chelsea is the manager and really seems to care about her residents. The place is neat, clean and affordable! I’m going to apply when my lease is up next year!

I've lived here about six months, overall I'm happy I chose this place. The area is nice, I like that the reservoir is basically in the back yard. The grounds are kept nice, pool is open, nice bbq area. The office ladies and maintenance have been kind and helpful. My apartment was nicely updated basically perfect when I moved in. The buildings are little bit older, could use some upgrades here and there but they're spread out nicely lots of room to walk dogs. Overall nice quiet little community.

I just had to take a moment to leave this review for Willy, the maintenance supervisor at Lakeview Heights. I just now left the property. The leasing office wasn’t quite open but Willy noticed me drive in. He walked up to me and asked me if I needed any help. I told him I was interested in a one bedroom. He went into the leasing office and came back out with some information about a couple of options and talked a little about the community. He could not have been nicer. I haven’t even viewed the property yet but believe good people should be recognized for great customer service. I will be calling to schedule a tour. Don’t know what the outcome will be but felt I needed to at least drop a note of thanks to Willy for his kindness!

We been at Lakeview Heights for three of last four years. This is a quiet peaceful and clean place to call home. Since new management came in a year ago the place has had some good upgrades. What really shows is the way Chelsey Redfern the manager handles problems and communications. She goes above and beyond to solve problems and is gracious in her dealings with people. It’s rare in my experience to find these skills in property managers. All in all this is an affordable, spacious place to come home to. Rick G

I’ve lived at lakeview heights for almost a year and have only positive things to say about the property and the people that work here. The property manager Chelsey Redfern has gone above and beyond to ensure the tenants are taken care of. Anytime I had any issues Chelsey would take time out if her busy day to help me. She genuinely cares about the concern of others and helps with whatever she can! The maintenance guy is also extremely attentive and responds quickly whenever I put in a work order. This is something I have definitely not experienced with past apartment rentals.

I have lived here for the past four years. In 2021 new owners purchased the property and since then the property is much improved. They are more responsive, they invest in needed upgrades and are much more pleasant to work with. Its a good place to live

Update (Feb '22) Still quick responses from management, this time regarding parking concerns. Handled professionally and efficiently. Willy the maintenance man is very personable and helpful, and will stop to say hi and check in with residents. Very happy to continue to call Lakeview Heights home! Update (May '21) They completely redid the parking lot! The old lot was cracked and uneven, and the paint was non existent. A lot of issues with people parking illegally in fire lanes and handicap spots, but there's a posted sign and parking reminders were sent out. Street parking sucked for the 2 days that the lot was closed, but the vendor they used was very efficient and we weren't inconvenienced for very long. Keep it going AMC! AMC just took over, (January of '21) and after having -2- different mgmt companies that don't give a $hit, it's so nice to have Jen and Guillermo taking care of us! Jen, the community mgr, is super responsive to emails, and Guillermo, the maintenance mgr, addresses maintenance tickets pretty quickly. My only fuss is AMC charges a $10 set-up fee for an online account, and a $3.00 ACH or $50 credit card fee to pay online. I understand that it may be more common practice among larger mgmt companies, but it was a little bit of a let down after having 2 mgmt companies with free online payment options. I spoke to Sarah, the regional mgr, and she waived the $10 set-up which meant a lot! The snow removal has also been a lot better. The walkways are actually clear, and all work is done before I'm out the door at 7:15am! I look forward to seeing how AMC continues to repair and improve this property, and I look forward to coming back and giving them 5 stars!

I have lived here for several years now and had several items that needed fixing. The prior management never showed up for repairs. Thanks to the new management Willie took care of an emergency. While here he noticed the things that needed help and came back to take care of it. He actually fixed the problems and did a great job. Thanks again!

I have lived here for two year and the staff has been absolutely wonderful. When I had a problem and Chelsey went above and beyond to help me out. I suggest if you're thinking about coming here ask her. She's one of the best property managers I have ever met!!!!!

I have lived at Lakeview Heights for many years and recently had a need for a maintenance request. Willie the Maintenance Supervisor showed up right away, solving a complicated issue to my great satisfaction. Property Manager Chelsey is fantastic, she was in touch with me through the entire process. Lakeview Heights is a very nice place to live, give it a try!

We lived at Lakeview for a year and noticed a big improvement once the new management took over. We're grateful for Willy and Chelsey's help when we needed it. Willy is friendly and was great with our maintenance issues. Chelsey went above and beyond when we moved out. She finalized the process with ease and was a HUGE help with a delivery that came after we moved out. Thank you Chelsey for all that you've done for us!

Being a Beginner is the most frustrating position to be in, especially when it comes to apartment hunting. You want to make a good impression as responsible tenets, but don’t have the experience to prove yourself as a real contender among an extremely competitive market. That’s why I would highly recommend anyone and everyone give Lakeview Heights a look. Chelsey helped us through every step of the process and ensured that we had a rewarding and enjoyable experience through it all. It was such a relief to have someone who cared just as much about our time and needs as we did. And on top of that Lakeview Heights is a beautiful space and definitely worthy of your time.
