I moved into these apartments a week ago, the neighborhood is really nice and peaceful so are the apartments there very clean and comfortable especially the service. Angel Barrios the property manager was very kind and professional she did amazing with the walk thru of the process of moving and made it very welcoming. I am going to recommend these apartments to my family and friends! Overall I love the place so far 10/10 everything is so nice!!

I had a tour with Angel yesterday, and she was absolutely amazing super friendly and helpful every step of the way! Even though the apartments didn’t have everything at the time, her positive attitude and professionalism made the experience great. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a tour!

Just moved in December 18th and am happy I did. Had a few issues with water pressure and whatnot, but the management made it right immediately. It’s quiet here, great lake behind. Apartment is older but has been kept up. Angel, Willy and Sean have treated me with respect and a helpful attitude. Highly recommend this place if you want a reasonable rent in Lakewood.

I have been here going on 2 years and Angel is by far amazing. Previous manager made it a living nightmare. I am over the moon happy that Angel is here. She bent over backwards to help my family and I get into a larger unit and has responded with my questions and concerns in less than 24 hours. She is kind and very welcoming when you come into the office which is a very amazing change. Its amazing that one persons personality and attitude can make a huge impact on where you live. I hope she is here to stay!

The staff in the office are extremely helpful. Angel has gone out of her way to help us with the application process. She's very knowledgeable and will take the time to sit down with you and figure it out.
